- Domain Purchasing: Acquiring target domains on behalf of clients
- Domain Consignment: Selling domains through our trusted network
- Domain Hosting: Secure domain management infrastructure
- Domain Monitoring: Tracking domain status, expiration, and market prices
4. User Obligations
By using our Services, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Domain Transactions
5.1 Brokerage Services
When engaging our brokerage services:

5.2 Payment Terms
For domain transactions:
- Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements
- Escrow services may be used for secure transactions
- Brokerage fees are due upon successful transaction completion
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
5.3 Transfer Process
Domain transfers are subject to registrar policies and may take 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party registrars.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Trust Domain Names or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Domain Names shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
